Staco Insurance (Nigeria) | Late Filing of Q3 2020 Financial Results

Staco Insurance Plc (the Company) wishes to notify The Nigerian Stock Exchange (The Exchange), our esteemed shareholders and other stakeholders that the Company has obtained the approval of The Exchange for extension of time to file its Unaudited Financial Statements for the quarter ended 30th September, 2020 (2020 Q3 UFS), not later than 29th January 2021.

Kindly recall that the Company is yet to file its Audited Financial Statements for the year ended 31 December 2018 (2018 AFS), Audited Financial Statements for the year ended 31 December 2019 (2019 AFS) and 2019 quarterly Unaudited Financial Statements (2019 quarterly UFS).

Consequently, the Company will not be able to file its 2020 Q3 UFS as it is yet to file its 2018 AFS, 2019 AFS and 2019 quarterly UFS.

Please be assured that the 2020 Q3 UFS will be filed immediately after the outstanding returns are filed.
